This area is one of the last private true sportsman’s recreational areas left in Florida. There are thousands of acres that are utilized for primitive camping, hunting, fishing, ATV riding, and jeep riding.

The board of directors works to maintain the property as well as the wildlife on the property. The board works closely with the Division of Forestry, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fish and Wildlife Commission, as well as other agencies to maintain the area. We encourage all members to adopt “Tread Lightly” principals while on the property. These principals can be seen by clicking on the link for “Tread Lightly”. The association is a sponsoring club of the “Tread Lightly” program.

The board encourages all members to become involved in the many activities that are available as well as club functions that are held throughout the year. Working together this wonderful place will be here for future generations to enjoy.
