Fishing at River Ranch

Hey kids, would you like to go fishing? A fishing pond has recently been placed up by the Buggy Lot. The pond is stocked with catfish right now. They are on the small side, but with some feeding they will grow.

This pond was put in place so that parents and grandparents alike can take the time to enjoy being together. To take the time to spend relaxing and catching up on the week that has past. Or maybe just time to catch up a mess of fish! We are going to plan a day to set up cleaning fish with you for a fish fry. Keep an eye out for future information.

Stocking of catfish has also been done out in the larger canals on the property. This should help the population once they expand and the rains replenish the water.
